Priority rate: £24/hr

OutSec charges on a per-minute usage of the service. We do not round up to the quarter or full hour like some of our competitors. We apply a Client Factor Multiple to the original sound file (most single-voice CFMs are 3) which creates the chargeable time. For example, a 15 minute soundfile with a CFM of 3 will be charged at 45 minutes typing time. Factors such as poor quality recording, indistinct or mumbling voice, multiple voices and content will all affect the CFM.
