Typing services offered by OutSec

STANDARD SERVICE : 100p per recorded minute. (Note that Inventory clients prices start at 90p per recorded minute).
Work is processed and returned within 24 hours of receipt for single voice dictation. Charge is made on a per-minute usage basis. So a ten minute piece of dictation will cost £10 (+VAT).

PRIORITY SERVICE : 130p per recorded minute. ( 120p for Inventory Departments)
Immediate real-time transcription on a per-minute usage basis. So a ten minute piece of dictation will cost £13 (+VAT).

Charges
OutSec charge on a per-minute basis. There are no fixed fees, no minimum billing or monthly costs and the service is available on a pay-as-you-go basis. For more information see the Cost Calculator

Invoicing is at month-end with settlement due on receipt.

A telephone helpline (01366 348088) for technical queries is available to members of OutSec during office hours.

Transcription is done in standard Microsoft Word. OutSec is also able to remotely access Quest, Valex and client management programs with a minimum of setup time. We can also go in via client VPNs and enter data directly into databases remotely.

It may be possible to integrate with existing in-house database and client management software – talk to us. We can help you work better.
