The OutSec solution has minimal impact on existing systems and working practices: users dictate using digital recorders and submit the sound files to OutSec using our award-winning FileManager web browser interface. OutSec secretaries then transcribe, edit and proof-read the final Word document before returning it to the client via their client page on FileManager . If you have a digital soundfile workflow system such as nFlow of Winscribe, we can intergrate seamlessly with that. OutSec can also input information direct into client databases via a secure VPN. No email is used for file transfer.
