OutSec has created a dedicated department especially for its clients in the recruitment industry covering everything from CVs to interviews. OutSec only utilises the skills of experienced secretaries, matching them to the individual needs of clients in order to offer a high quality outsourcing solution.

Our typists are professional, quality-driven and recognise the importance of maintaining confidentiality, particularly when handling high-profile, sensitive assignments. Non-disclosure agreements are in place where applicable to reassure our clients of our commitment in this regard.

We embrace each assignment with a flexible outlook. This means we can adapt the OutSec service to meet our clients' needs.

The OutSec software has minimal impact on existing systems and working practices: users digitally dictate their work using a mobile phone or digital recorder and send sound files to OutSec using our FileManager web browser interface (or in the case of the iPhone and iPad, using our Dictamus App, direct from the device itself). Your OutSec typist will then transcribe, edit and proof-read before returning it to your secure client web page on FileManager.

Standard Service - £1.00 (plus VAT) - per recorded minute and within 24 hours turnaround

Priority Service - £1.30 (plus VAT) - per recorded minute and within 4 hours turnaround
