STANDARD SERVICE : £18/hour ( £0.90 per recorded minute)
Work is processed and returned within 24 hours of receipt. Charge is made on per-minute usage basis
PRIORITY SERVICE : £24/hour (£1.20 per recorded minute)
Immediate real-time transcription on per-minute usage basis
OVERNIGHT SERVICE :
Work in by 6 pm, transcript back by 9 am by prior arrangement on per-minute usage basis
WEEKEND AND HOLIDAY SERVICE :
By prior arrangement
Charges
OutSec charge on a per-minute basis. Work is costed out on a formula relating to the length of dictation and the service required. Depending on the nature
and the quality of sound, speech and number of voices, the cost should be between 3 and 4 times the length of tape. For example, a single clearly-spoken
voice of 20 minutes will take one hour to transcribe into a standard Word document based on a Client Factor Multiple of 3. Or put another way, a 10 minute dictated report should
cost £9+VAT. There are no fixed fees, no minimum billing or monthly costs and the service is available on a pay-as-you-go basis. For more information

Invoicing is at month-end with settlement due on receipt.
