Queens Secretarial College provided the platform from which Vanessa elevated to Bond dealing in the City. Following an interesting career that included selling editorial space, marketing and setting up the London College of Finance it was, whilst growing her young family and living in Norfolk, that she noticed the ‘internet’ opportunity that was the basis for OutSec Ltd, established in 2002.
Vanessa believes in particular the maxim that the more you incorporate your staff within the company, the more positive the experience will be for all concerned. She is not interested in hierarchy and values her staff for both their ideas and fluidity of expression; she believes fundamentally that these aspects have created the successful company that exists today.

Tracey joined OutSec in November 2014, following 25 years’ secretarial and management experience in the legal/financial planning and estate agency sectors. Her enterprise skills and acute attention to detail, alongside a good sense of humour, have enabled her to grow the departments substantially over three years and, having doubled income, she handed over the reins of two departments to Mark Hope in the middle of 2017.
Tracey is extremely passionate about OutSec, her client base and her highly skilled team of typists and ensures Head Office runs smoothly. She is now an integral part of the management team making key decisions that will enable the company to increase its market share over the coming years. During 2018 Tracey will also be working within the marketing sector of the company, attending conferences and making personal visits to clients.
Away from the office, Tracey is a very keen dart player, playing for local leagues and Norfolk Super League as well as attending local competitions and charity events. Very family orientated, Tracey is a very proud mother to her daughter who is currently attending university studying for a Bachelor’s Degree in neuroscience. When the weather allows, Tracey does enjoy attending festivals and getting her wellies stuck in the mud, glamping – which can lead to some interesting tales!

I am the Head of the Inventory Department and have been with OutSec for over 15 years starting as a typist and moving into managing Inventory clients and typists, building templates and processing files. I absolutely love my job and the relationships built over the years with both OutSec staff/family (in both the UK and USA) and with our wonderful Inventory Clients, who many of which have become friends over the years.
I live in Fort Worth, Texas and have been happily married for going on 34 years with 3 grown daughters (2 of which also work with OutSec), 4 grandchildren, and 2 wonderful sons-in-law. In my spare time I love to read but most happy just spending time with the family. There is simply nothing better than a Sunday with all the kids and grand kids at the house, laughing, playing and just enjoying time with each other.

Away from the office, when not running after her children or walking her cocker spaniel (a troublesome little fellow!), Lizzie is a very keen runner and likes to keep fit.
